Spark Learning Project partners with local organizations to provide full time (M-Th) instruction, one-on-one and Orton-Gillingham tutoring services, and educational consulting. Our success is embedded in our dedicated and experienced teachers and staff.
Spark Learning Project seeks to provide individuals with educational opportunities as preparation for academic, professional, and personal success.
Understanding that education is a path to success, Spark Learning Project seeks to make that path more accessible for those who desire the journey.
Too often, I hear from parents that education today is not individually tailored for their child, but rather it is about their child conforming to education. In 2019, I started Learn Upstate, a Tutoring Service that expanded into a Hybrid School for families looking for "something different". In the midst of this new endeavor, the Covid school shutdowns arrived, which continued to create learning gaps while exposing the fragility of traditional education systems. The result of these factors means the demand for an individualized approach to education grows by the day.
On this journey, I ran across home, private, and public school families who all desire, often times need, an individualized approach, but are unable to afford it. Understanding that education is a path to success, Spark Learning Project seeks to make that path more affordable for those who desire the journey.
We started SLP as a 501(c)(3) to ignite a love of learning for those families who have the desire but not the means. Ability to pay should never be an obstacle to learning. Your donation would make financial assistance available to families who need, but can't afford, educational support for their children.
